a coffee craze

There’s an inherently pleasing aesthetic (and obviously taste) to coffee, particularly iced – I’ve been slightly addicted for a while now, #noshame, hence the blog title (little cup of j – get it?). Thus, I think a post dedicated to this miracle drink is much overdue.

Although my all-time favorite is a classic iced coffee (just cream, no sugar!), we’re going big in this post…all out…game faces on. You get the point.

Let’s start things off with this toasted marshmallow iced coffee recipe that I found the other day (and nearly fell over when I did). Gooey goodness on the top and classic iced on the bottom – just a little twist on the very best. But oh my goodness, I want it. Right now.

Coffee ice cream. It’s a fan-favorite, but this particular recipe is “paleo, primal and gluten-free” – definitely going to try.
